Service Description
Whether you are looking to improve a specific skin concern or would like guidance to incorporate the most effective products into your routine a skin consultation is the starting point to your skincare journey. Your consultation will take about 30 minutes. We will discuss your concerns, lifestyle, budget and expectations. After your consultation you will receive a homecare prescription alongside a treatment plan. Virtual Consultation - £25 redeemable against products purchased within 7 days of your consultation. On booking, you will receive a form to complete and return via email prior to your appointment along with some clear photos of your skin, makeup free.
Cancellation Policy
Oak + Glow Terms & Conditions At Oak + Glow we value your time and aim to provide the best possible experience for every client. Please review our booking policy before attending your appointment. Appointment Reservations All appointments are reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations & Rescheduling To cancel or amend your booking please contact: Email: hello@oakandglow.co.uk Phone: 07725844384 Requests must be made a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment. Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the treatment fee, unless we are able to fill the appointment slot. Missed appointments without notice will also be charged 100% of the treatment fee. Arrival Time Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time to accommodate other scheduled clients. If you expect to be delayed, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposit & Payment Policy • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your first appointment • Deposits are deducted from the final balance • Some treatments, courses or packages may require full payment upfront • We accept card, cash and bank transfer • Remaining balances are payable on the day of treatment Refunds Completed treatments are non-refundable. Treatment Suitability Client safety is our priority. • A full consultation is required before your first treatment • Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy or with certain medical conditions • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is considered unsafe or inappropriate Clients Under 16 Clients under 16 must attend with a parent or guardian present. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR) Your personal information is handled securely and confidentially. Information is collected only for bookings, consultations and aftercare, stored securely, and never sold or shared. By booking with us you consent to this data handling in line with GDPR regulations. Aftercare & Liability Aftercare instructions will be provided following your treatment. Clients are responsible for following all aftercare guidance. Results may vary depending on skin type, condition and adherence to aftercare. Oak + Glow cannot be held liable for complications resulting from failure to follow advice or disclose medical information. Photo & Social Media Consent Photos or videos will only be taken and shared with your permission
