• Your appointment is reserved for you. We therefore ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact homeSPA on hello@oakandglow.co.uk or 07725844384  at least 48 hours in advance.

​

• If appointments are cancelled or missed within 48 hours of the booked slot 100% of the fee will be required. 

 

• Please ensure prompt arrival to your appointment. If you arrive late Oak + Glow has the right to reduce your treatment time (please advise of any delays)

​

• Payments are due on the day of your appointment. These can be made by cash, instant payment or bank transfer.

​

• Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
